Welcome to Colchester FitBack & Bumps. My name is Tanya Croall and I am your local FitBack & Bumps Instructor.
I have been a Chartered Physiotherapist since 2001 specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I am very pleased to be offering FitBack & Bumps classes: as a mother of 3 young children, having gone through 3 pregnancies and births myself, I am passionate about supporting mothers through this exciting time.
Pregnancy and labour can be a huge challenge on the body. My aim through the classes is to help make pregnancy more comfortable and enjoyable by alleviating some of the associated aches and pains that can detract from such a special time, and to encourage women to keep exercising through their pregnancy so they are more physically prepared to give birth.
As a physiotherapist, I can offer you specific advice and adapt any exercises that you may find difficult to suit you. If you are already suffering from back or pelvic pain then you can still join in and benefit from the programme.
